Disha Deba Dipta embarked on her Odissi dance journey at the tender age of eight under the esteemed guidance of Guru Smt. Jyoti Rout at Jyoti Kala Mandir in 2012. Over the years, she has undergone rigorous and immersive training, refining her skills with deep dedication and discipline. Today, she stands as a Senior Student and Teacher at Jyoti Kala Mandir, passionately passing on the legacy of her Guru’s unique style and of the exquisite dance form. She has also showcased her talent on television through programs like Nupur Junior and Nupur Duet. For over several years, she has been assisting her Guru, honing not just her own skills but also nurturing budding talents. Currently, Disha is pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy at PDUNIPPD, New Delhi.
